Trying to find a weatherproof car stereo for a 2004 Jeep Wrangler, any advice?

I know that my boyfriend is wanting to get a new stereo and prefers it to be a waterproof one since we're always having the top down. I'm trying to find a stereo that plays all cds (burned, bought, and mp3) but also with a built in HD radio tuner. We have pretty poor radio signals in the areas we are traveling the most, but I am not wanting to get into the Sirius or XM quite yet. I'm not having any luck, I'm either finding just regular waterproof stereos, or just hd tuner stereos! If anyone has any advice or clues, let me know!! Wanting to get this for him as a present!! Thanks!
