Boyfriends not intimate.relationship help. guys can u help? girls too:)?

so lately my boyfriend hasnt been intamite with me. hes all woo! party and fun. nothing wrong with that. but i feel kinda left out although i do come along to these parties. he ignores me. so i talked to him about it today and he was like oh i didnt realize how long its been since we did anything. and the he was like oh well im gonna hang out with my friends tonight. so i said okay but ill have u during the daytime. so just like an hour ago i didnt really get a reply and i called him a little worried and i can hear voices and cars in the bachground. i asked "hey where are u?" he said the bus stop in a mean way like i was supposed to know. so i asked why. and he says "what do u think" and he eventually says im with my friends. i was mad because he didnt tell me and we were supposed to be together during the day. but he didnt even consider telling me that he ditched me.. am i overreacting or do i have a right to be mad? please be straight up with me. all harsh realities are accepted:)
