DIETING EMERGENCY?!?!?! NOT TO LONG PLEASE READ?
YOU NEED TO SWITCH TO OATMEAL. i know you hate to hear it but cereal just makes you want more. eat 1 cup or 1/2 cup of oats.. you can add skim milk and cinnomon to it! with fresh fruit like berries strawberrys or even an apple. Seriously you WILL suceed if you do this :) Also buy carton eggwhites.. you can also make a EGGWHITE PANCAKE! it's what i do i add fresh berries to it.. then after its all cooked and on the plate i take greek yogurt or a low fat yogurt and spread it onto the eggwhites with cinnomon. Use about 3-4 eggwhites. ;)
