Non payment of credit cards?

Hi this is mohammed akbar i have credit cards from 6 banks in dubai and most of the banks made case against me due to non payment since feb 2009 i don't have job and still searching for job will U.A.E government allow me to find the job and start to pay for those cards. please help me in this case.(i am still in dubai).
