Wireless Adapter Won't Load Web Pages (WPN111)?

I have a WPN111 that I use on my desktop. It fully connects to the network but will not load web pages. At first I thought it was a virus but when I connect it to my laptop same thing happens. Also Skype and IMs etc wont load. I have IP address and I still Send/Receive packets.
