Would you say that time travel is an element in the Narnia novels by C.S. Lewis?

Since Lewis was also a sci-fi author, I wonder if the discrepancies in time between Earth and Narnia - the fact that visitors from Earth do not age at the same rate as time pes at Narnia - could be explained by the literary device of time travel. What do you think?
