Help please this is ruining everything... !!!!!?

Well if you have to be up that early than you should lay in bed at around 8:30 or 9:00 everynight since it takes you about an hour or hour and a half to fall asleep. Try reading a book or listening to relaxing music ( I suggest Sade) Once you get the hang of it, it will be easier for you. You will be able to lay down and fall right asleep because you will be used to that time. I used to stay up until 3 a.m. and wake up at 7 a.m. for college but after trying this for a week I know sleep 8 1/2 hours a night.
