Are Muslim discrimination claims?

That is absolutely ridiculous. How many Muslim off-licenses are there. He doesn't have to work at Tesco if he doesn't want to handle the products. Surely he's the one discriminating against Tesco and the British public. What happens if he has to put meat in the fridge?
