Who else likes the Strength Of Schedule Factor !!?

USC (was) ranked number 1. Oregon State defeats USC. Utah defeats Oregon State. The game (loss) of Ohio State could send them further down in value, after factoring SOS. I wish those high paid experts would get the BCS rankings alive. I still think the BCS needs improvement, with some sort of tournament. Use bowl-games as the playoffs. There are nearly 30 bowl games, which allows nearly 1/2 of the 100 + NCAA (level) 1 teams to play. Geez, and we get it stuffed down faster than Thanksgiving. Why not plug them in similar to NCAA basketball . . . each game / region would draw thousands of fans with thousands of dollars . . . fan base, regional revenue and the almighty glory of victory . . . especially an upset in the Regional Finals (ie; Cotton Bowl) . . . For those teams and fans and AD's that preach from the pulpit - step back down into the congregation and prove your worthy of being on that pedestal. Now, let's see what happens when a (lesser) team defeats Utah !! Go Minnesota Gophers !! Hey, they have already surped seasonal expectations . . . just like those pesky Twins !!
