West elm online order?

last thursday (the first) I ordered a quilt and sham from West Elm. It still hasn't shipped and this is the longest I've waited for an online order to ship. a confirmation email said the items were available for immediate shipping but west elm still lists them as "in process." Does west elm have a history of doing this? How long does it usually take to ship their items?
