Question about glee show!?

Hy guys!I'm watching Glee and i like this series!!!I'm italian and here we are at 12 episode!I know that in Usa first season is ended!!so i would like to know some little anticipations!!!I have a question!??will Schuster know that his wife is not pregnant and what do u know about it!???thank uuu bye from Italy!!!
