No hot water new boiler?

I ume you have called the installer?? did they fill out and send of the warranty? did they register for building regulations certificate? If the answer is no, your installer is probably a cowboy and you will have no warranty. If they do not reply or call back , ring Gafe on 0800 408 5500 and report them.
