Homemade baby wipes - what recipe do you use?

I have been looking online at all the different recipes and not sure which one to use (with vinegar, with tea tree oil, with baby wash, so many to pick from). I have a lot of flannel left over from making baby quilts and receiving blankets so I will be using that, not paper towels. Which recipe do you find works best? Please no cutting and pasting random recipes, I can do that too - looking for ones you have actually tried please!!!! Thank you!
