Hi everyone, i have trying to get pregnant from the last 6 months, but nothing yet,Wat shall i do? please help?

I am23 yrs, 47 kgs, and my partner`s 52 kg and 23 as well.We doo have a good life.But i cant understand why i amnot still able to concieve.I am really getting stressed and worried.Pls help me?
