Can anyone speak fluent italian? I need help translating..?

Both are correct but the first more 'cause it sounds better. In fact after the preposition "di " when the word stat with a vocal we can have the elision of "i". so we can say:" tutto � pieno d'amore" or you can say "tutto � pieno di amore". both are corrrect and you can choose which you want.
